MID SOLO BUILD:
Basically you should follow the item build you get from the auto select but when your team has the overall gold advantage purchase witchblade (trust me it makes Ra op)
The mana is necessary for Ra so get any item that provides mana instantly to Ra. Begining game is important for Ra since you get your opness from there. If you don't do good you are screwed because once you start doing bad you are done for. I recomend you get your healing skill fast because then when minions are fighting you can heal them while you heal yourself and you can make a easy push Your 2nd skill can slow down enemies and then you use your 1st skill to destroy their health. Once you think their health is low enough you get the enemy in a locked position and you destroy them. This is necessary because then you can buy your items fast and get a level advantage over everyone. Watch out for scylla though because personally I think she is a total op charachter because my team usually ends up feeding to her.
Thats what I think of how Ra can become op even if you disagree it's fine because I'm no pro player and this is built off my opinion.
Happy 4th of July though! :D
As funny as that was, it's kind of *******-ish. I mean the guy's just trying to share a build [btw man, you're in the wrong section] and if it works for him, it works. He's just asking you to try it out, and you know what? It might actually work. Hell, I'll try this out later and see if it works, but Captain Sarcasm, I believe that was a little much for a new guy, don't you think?
what makes you think that was sarcasm? D:
in all honesty, I don't think what I said was rude at all. Just joking around. Not like I personally insulted him, it's just that this was a shockingly bad build.

Here's a guide to making a guides.
Here's a guide to coding.
If you wanna make a guide then you should use these, also guides should go here.
As for your advice, as a ra player extraordinaire, that's not how you play Ra. Witchblade does nothing for you. Maxing your heal doesn't push waves, maxing celestial beam does. Ra doesn't need too much mana, just get Book of Thoth or Chronos' Pendant and Rod of Tahuti. Lastly, you can't juts say "don't do bad or you lose" because that doesn't help. And what do you mean get the enemy in a locked position? You're ra. You have no CC for that.
Finally, Scylla is a pubstomper, she isn't OP. If you don't know how to play she'll tear you a new A-hole. If you're a good player she's pointless.
Ah, I get it now. So the secret to playing Ra is to 1. build Witchblade, 2. build mana, and 3. not do bad. How didn't I think of this?
I mean, just build Witchblade and some mana but no other items, it's just genius. This way you can save your money for important things like health potions and Meditation.
Will definitely use this brilliantly crafted build.
My only criticism is honestly just wondering why you wouldn't get Deathbringer.
