out of all mage's he is the one with the most risk for his most damaging abilties he has to be very close making his 1 spammeble is the only thing saving him from any assassin his ult can feel very strange and his only escape is a straight line movement buff as for the slow with the new jungle lanes the enemy can walk on the side of it, his 3 is his poke and has a small hit box that does not show if it will hit like loki's ult and has a long delay.

hebo is the strongest mage if the player know's what he does at all times but has counter's, he needs to be very close to do damage and can not do 3 abilies to kill he has to use his damaging abilies 4 or 5 times to kill compare that to other mages.

anubis 2 to 3
ao 2 to 3 but hard to hit but has a lot of range
agni 2 to 3 to 4.( his ult count's as 1 not 3)
freya 2
aphrodite 2 to 3
ra 2 to 3
never forget dawngate and never forgive EA. Freia will hunt them for eternity.

He Bo is just like all full mages , Spammable , annoying , high damage and OP when fed...

"He" (pun intended) needs OP abilities because without them he would be a squishy fart that deals absolutely NO damage...
why does wukong look so much different now?
