Guys how should I play this matchup as Hercules?

Chang'e can cancel your Mitigate Wounds healing with Moonflower Dance and dodge your ult with Moonlit Waltz. She has decent burst potential as well. Try to sustain as well as possible using Mitigate Wounds whenever you're not affected by Moonflower Dance's healing reduction (it will show you an icon when it's in affect by your health bar). Poke her when possible with Earthbreaker and Driving Strike (she's very squishy) and use your ultimate on her to finish her off or force her out of lane if you know her Moonlit Waltz is down (She'll commonly use this to dodge Earthbreaker). Pestilence is also a good item both for outsustaining her and poking her down, typically replacing Stone of Gaia in an average warrior build. Above all else, don't stay in lane with her if low on health, because she won't be afraid to tower dive you to get a kill with her Waxing Moon -> Crescent Moon Dance -> Moonflower Dance combo followed by a Moonlit Waltz to mitigate the tower damage.

Just so you know, I don't play Hercules, but Chang'e has always been my main god, so this is based off of what I've seen other Hercules players do well or badly against me in lane.

Thanks for your feedback Zilby, I will try buying Pestilence as soon as posible because she jukes all my stuff very easily tbh. And with the tower diving thing I got my lesson about that today haha enemy Chang'e dived me twice and snowballed like hell from that point. But before that I was having a pretty rough time still because of the amazing poke.

This is how I would play it:

Either get heavy hammer to force her to use her 3 that way and kill her with 2-1-4 combo. Or just build defense and focus on clearing lane and not even poking her at all (she will just heal it and dodge your combo unless you can force the 3), wait for your jungler to gank and force her 3 before he comes (if its a CC heavy jungler) and kill her that way.

I do not play solo though. :P

Your second method can work, but Heavy Hammer is terrible against Chang'e because all her dances give her passive movement speed so she can just run away using her Crescent Moon Dance and Moonflower Dance if she wants (not to mention people often buy sprint on her as well).
