Online they can say anything without shame because they don't have to say it to your face.

You're spot on though, Its also the reason our meta doesn't change ever, also the reason that people rage when you try something different in MOBA's

Honestly if its not ranked they can do what they want as long as they try to win.

Trilane? Sure as long as you give your best ;) duo mid? No prob just do your best :)

In ranked you are expected to follow the current meta, and I think it's reasonable.

But I think if we make groups and party up , non toxic groups we can fix the community by forcing the toxic players in one group and let them rage at each other.

Also I'm annoyed at people who complain about bad english. I myself was raised to speak 2 different languages, afrikaans being the main one. This means I am not pro at english. (Not bad either ;p)
