I'm not sure how it's supposed to work or if it's supposed to stack. I tested the timers out in Jungle practice with a stop watch and with items that give 15% and 25% I did not notice a single half second difference from what it said in the skill list. I tried it again stacking CD and there still didn't appear to be any difference. I figured maybe Jungle Practice is bugged, so I tried joust practice and no difference.

Finally, I went in to an actual game with my theory build just to see if something was off with practice mode and there didn't seem to be any difference in CD at all. I would understand if it wasn't stackable, or if it gave diminishing returns, but from what I was noticing it didn't seem to be working at all. I tried it with my ult too, to see if it only affected CDs of a certain duration, but I didn't notice it recovering even a second faster.

Am I missing something here?

I think your CD can only CD so far on certain gods and skills. I'm not sure though I don't pay attention.

CD should be stacking to a cap with no diminishing returns. In all honesty I never really felt the effects of CDR because:

1. Skill discriptions doesn't calculate CD reductions.
2. Skill icon animations are not accurate at all. I mean... by the time a skill goes off CD I see " 1 " on the icon, which means 1 second, right, then it starts blinking and whatnot and then stops and then nothing, half a second lag if not more and then actually usable again. It is very hard to judge and time when something is off CD, often times we are in situations that ever 0.1sec counts because the game is so fast paced.

What I mean though is I'm not seeing any affects of CD at all. I was trying it on Odin, because I figured you'd be able to get to a point where you can have his shout always up, but the CD didn't affect any of his skills, not even his Ultimate.

The reason it is no difference from the skill list, is because the skill list updates with your CDR. E.G., if you have a 10s CD, with 30% CDR, your skill list will now say the CD on the spell is 7s.

Unless you mean like, the skill list on here.

I don't even think it calculates the reduced CD on the tooltip at all. So... i have thought there might be something really wrong with CDR

CDR is capped at 35% and has no diminishing returns attached to it.

I notice the difference when building 15% CDR on Ao kuang so I would have thought that it should be working okay.

I might give it a check in joust tonight (on Odin), but would have thought it was okay.

If you only drag your mouse pointer at the skills button belos, it will not show. Press K and it will show you the reduced time
