Do you get to display your stats at your card in the load screen if you get golden? Not really sure if that's how it works. Or is it a rank thing? Oh and what is that white symbol at the bottom right of our cards?

Yes you get kills, wins, assists etc with the gold skin (and you get that as long as you own the gold skin, you don't have to use it).

That is your mastery lvl for that god (I believe 99% sure).

Ah. Thought you had to wear it as well. Now i have a reason to get it lol. I hate the gold skin really. But its nice to know you don't need to wear it to show stats. Thanks!

I was wrong, to the right it's your overall mastery lvl (how many gods you have mastered).
Master lvl for that god is to the left.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
