I've had some times where Kali's ultimate failed to activate, and I've also been killed while it was active. Has anyone else had something like this?

I don't think so... Maybe?

It has a short duriation early so an archer arrow can kill you instantly after your ult making it feel like it bugged while it didn't... Or maybe it did, it's hard to tell.

It happened to me a couple of times during the all Kali MOTD, has never happened since (at least I can't remember it happening).

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
