If you look at the population of players playing league arena compared to league conquest it is tiny. Despite that I have had no problem getting placed in a match the 6-7 games I have played in league arena.

League, for me at least, is a way to get away from all the trash players I get sometimes in casual. It's still not "really" competitive play (Because there is not any extra rewards), but it's just a game that you can take a little more seriously then your casual team 99% of the time that has a person saying "team sucks reporting entire team for sucking at this game".

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
