I'd like to see what you guys think about the idea.

For me... to OP. And for really obvious reasons. So many mags have aoe skills. If you get stuck in pos's 3. That might be the only thing that would kill you. But, on the other hand. IF they make those items, it might not give that much magic power or non at all. So getting them gives up some potential magical power. And since they're crit you would need more than 1 item or else you would rarely get any good damage out there. Unless your REALLY lucky that is.

But then.. seeing there are passives like ao's and he bo. They're magic increases without items...

I see the thread is has the words MAGICAL CRIT ITEMS.

Yeah magical crit items would suck. Isis, Poseidon, Ra, Anubis, Ao Kuang, and more could probably 100% - 0 someone with literally one ability
That's why there's no magic crit. Even freaking World of Warcraft reduces the crit damage of magic abilities. It's just too hard to scale considering they're already MADE to do lots of damage.

Then what's the point...that's literally just an item for Chronos and Freya. And it would BREAK them. Think of Chronos not just auto attacking you for a ridiculous amount of damage, but doing it and critting. He'd be a stronger auto attacker than physical carries.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
