Pushing hard against Bakasura mid/solo is generally unwise in the first place. He can sustain pokes just from eating your minions, and eating helps mitigate his EXP/gold losses when he's pushed under a tower (which he can just HoG your wave at that point). You'd also be giving him plenty of room to chase you after he Regurgitates from LV5 onward.

The best you can really do is play it safe. He has a leap and a CC-immunity ult, while you don't (You could cleanse, but by then he's probably already munching your face off). Your best chance to get him is when mid furies spawn, and that's where you will have an upper hand. Assassins can't really do too much to secure them (aside from burning HoG). Sure, Baka can eat one, but he's not winning them both unless the jungler or roaming tank is with him. If your tank/jungler has CC to throw down, you should be able to quickly defeat him if nothing goes horribly wrong.
Waiting on a good new MOBA, please.
