What does the new fatalis do?
I used it last match seems like it made me faster?
I was assuming it lets me move the same speed as if I didn't use a basic attack when you hit something?

bingo. it removes the move speed debuff for auto attacking.

Now those loki's can stab you and keep up with you at the same time! Not to mention barfing Bakas!

That combo is annoying, but it really lowers damage. Fatalis isn't the best DPS item ever, especially if you take this version without the movement speed and attack speed increase passive, while Frostbound's damage is just bad. More traditional carry builds will probably be a lot better, since they can often kill you so quickly you can't run anyway.

@Vaeldyn; Hastening Fatalis is a second 3rd tier option for Fatalis.

When most(all?) gods use basic attacks their movement speed is reduced. The new tier 3 Fatalis prevents this debuff. (As mentioned before)
That's just my 2 cents.

Oy! Give me some privacy.

The Hastened Fatalis is OP. No other word for it really.

It is very God based though ofc, putting it on Thor would not make him OP for example.

But on Mercury ohh lordy! That's a running death machine right there :P

Would be the same for other basic attack based gods, like said before Bakasura etc
