This thread started when I realized that most Chronos builds don't even use his own pendant! WTF?

Anyway! I just thought that a god of time should benefit from getting cooldown items. So here's my pitch:

Increase his abilities' cooldown and utility, thus putting more focus into his basic attacks. And either through a passive, whether its his main one or on an ability, give him a bonus based on how much cooldown he has.

For example, every 10% of cooldown reduction increases his movement speed by 5%.

I'd prefer for them to simply buff the pendant really. 50 magical power is weak, and 25 mp5 doesn't really make up for it. If you compare it to the physical equivalent, Jotunn's Wrath, it is clearly inferior.

That said, some bonus for having CDR seems interesting. Would be cool to se, though I wouldn't mind if another god got it. There are several gods of time to pick from, and we are a lot of gods away from a full roster.

SmiteFire & Smite
