His abilities are way off from novel.
And his lore looks like child wrote it after watching old journey to the west tv series and did not bother to read the novel or even check wikipedia page.

And stupidest thing of all is that Tathagatas golden band is horseshoe glued on his forehead.
72 transformations are wasted on animals
No battle transformation when he grew 3 heads and 6 arms.
No trademark hair transformations.
Somersault as his ultimate.

Its just bad. Even worse than making Ares random manga character who fights with chains.

Well, you can do nothing the get the team responsible for new gods fired, so good luck.

I don't know the faintest thing about Wukong's lore, but I would imagine this is at least a bit closer to a proper Wukong than the old one, am I right?

I'd also like to add that he's not the only god in the game with a skillset that doesn't fit him as well as we'd like, but that's kind of the nature of the beast that is a 4 skill slot MOBA that always must consider gameplay first, lore second.
