On PS4 Soul Stone's Passive is listed as +30 Magical Damage for 5 souls.
Online it's listed as 60, both here, as well as the Wiki.

Curious which one is correct, if it was nerfed and online hasn't edit'ed the text, or if perhaps it's a mistake in game, and is working correctly.

It was buffed to be giving +60 magical power instead of +30 in patch 3.6, which is coming to PS4 on 27.04.2016 according to game site.

The sites are updated based on PC which is ~2 weeks ahead on console. Always trust the game itself for stats.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
