Why do you guys make friend request in-game? I mean really... WHY?

You add them then what!? Don't reply to their friendly messages or maybe to party up with? Most people who friend request me, especially after a game. Are like that. I MEAN WHY PUT THE OPTION OF MESSAGING THERE IF UR NOT EVEN GOING TO USE IT. Sure you don't want to talk to a total stranger. THEN WHY DID YOU ADD THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!?

Sigh. Makes no sense to me....

I know right. Only a few people I actually add/accept as friend keep talking to me. They usually only play with me for a few hours, then we never talk to each other again. lol

But of course, there are exceptions.

I think it's more of a testing the waters kind of thing rather than actual friendship kinda thing when someone adds you in this game. If it doesn't work (like you have nothing in common and its just awkward), you unfriend and it's no harm done

I typically do not add anyone to my friends list unless we communicated quite a bit in a game, and only after partying up with them to play a few more games. If I really enjoyed playing with them, then I send a friend request. There are quite a few people that I have acquainted myself with since I started Smite back in march, and we continue to group up to this day.
