Just played a few games of the Re-worked Vulcan. Now he is a proper tank with the bomb. AND it takes skill to use since it deploys just like the thumper but it flys way slower to its target. Won a 3v3 with him. Vul, Ra and Zues lol. And the other was Neith, Loki and Anubis. I went bruiser Vul. And we won so easily. Mostly due to my bomb tosses which kicked ***.

The stun and knock back is the perfect poking skill. Kept using it all the time. Especially when Anubis uses his 2. Game won with me 4/1. I say Vulcan is now a proper poking tank with a cool CC. Sure the radius is small. But it's perfect for pushing out other players. So ya he is actually a great support that NEEDS skill now. :D

He is definitely better, but you still got a lot better supports though.

He is pretty much the funniest god to play, so that's good at least :P

His the only god that has a Range CC. And depending on where the person is standing could send them back or into your teammates hand. That I say makes him a cool support

I like the bomb skill alot. It's just that... Well... Vulcan was already annoying as heck. Now hes just the ultimate annoying god [chang'e aside for a moment.] Don't get me wrong, I LOVE playing vulcan now. But I hate playing against him :P I think the bomb is pretty easy to land if you lead the target, it might honestly be abit TOO good at what it does. But then he is a tank/support.

I still think he is the worst option as a tank for arena even with his stun added to his 3 now .

I like him nonetheless , it's fun throwing the bomb between a few enemies and see them thrown away .

I played him a little on my new account. (which I was forced into, inb4 smurf).
The bomb made his kit slightly better as it usually allows for your turret to get in another 1/2 hits. It's also great for chasing/running/teamfights and little pokes. But in general, he still doesn't make it to the mid tier range IMHO. Not as a tank anyway, but perhaps he's a little more solo viable now.
That's just my 2 cents.

Pen does and have always effected the towers, that is why you always build pen on him.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods.
