What brought you to Smite?

I am just curious on how everyone came to play smite, from who or how did you know about Smite?

I remember that I was watching a youtube video of a guy that does commentaries on games, also talks about major league gaming and I think he talks for certain MLG events or something like that. Anyway, I remember I was watching a video of his and he was playing this game I never seen before.

I remember seeing all these characters not realizing they were gods and I recall just seeing spam.
Yes that's right, all I seen was characters spamming abilities and the game looked cool just from that scene. So I remember I was thinking, hum its 3rd person, I personally like 3rd person games where I can see my own character so that's why I took interest in the game.

I downloaded it and it was Smite after that.

So, I basically found smite through watching a video of someone playing it when Smite was in beta.

Saw a vid of Wowcredor which showed me the layout, I love mythologies anyway so seeing people like Zhong Kui really clicked for me

My irl friend showed it to me just about a year ago and I thought oh wow look at this waste of space on my pc.He showed me how to play, I wasn't a fan of it and didn't play it until I tried out a joust 3v3 match a couple weeks later. Loved it.

not a joke my title is "Executive procurement executive withing the health and social sector", i deal with over 1000 care homes, hopitals and hospices on a daily basis

only Trivia (greek god of where 3 roads cross) knows how many carers, support workers and nurses i deal with
