I think the goal is some sort of gathered goal you can never make 100,000 kills on siege alone in 3 days

Don't get me wrong, I love this skin, but I see it more as a "cash grab" than anything. More people are going to buy the skin and hope to get the "refund". Even if Hi-Rez sees a 10% increase in skin sales compared to their "projected" skin sales (without the event) they stand to make a very nice profit.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
