    Kukulkan / Ao Kuang
Ao Kuang has been artistically reworked into the Mayan god Kukulkan. Kukulkan has a new model, new animations, a new voice pack, and new special FX. His base kit and ability design has remained unchanged.
Player's who owned Ao Kuang will continue to own Kukulkan, and all stats and mastery levels gained on Ao Kuang will transfer to Kukulkan.
Players who own the existing Ao Kuang Player Icon will automatically receive the Retro Ao Kuang Player Icon.
The Sacred Dragon skin remains as an option on Kukulcan, and retains Ao Kuang's retro voice pack. Players who own that skin will continue to own it.
Players who purchased Ao Kuang's voice pack will be refunded the Gem value.
Players who purchased Ao Kuang's Typhoon skin will be refunded the Favor value.
    Ao Kuang will return...

Arachne
Predator (Passive): Arachne's basic attacks gain 1.5% physical damage for every 5% of a target's missing health.

Venomous Bite: Upon activation, Arachne's next basic attack within 5s does an additional 50/80/110/140/170 +40% of her Physical Power as damage, and infects the target with Venom, dealing an additional 10/20/30/40/50 +10% of her Physical Power as damage every 0.5s for 3s, and healing Arachne the same amount. Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11s. Cost: 60/65/70/75/80.

Cocoon: Arachne spindles her webbing, and her next 3 successful basic attacks within 6s are executed with 30/40/50/60/70% increased attack speed. If all three attacks hit the same target, that target is wrapped in a Cocoon and stunned for 1/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4s. Cooldown: 15s. Cost: 70.

Web: Arachne spins a wall of web. Enemies who pass through and break the web are slowed 25% for 4/4.5/5/5.5/6s, revealed to Arachne for the duration, and leave a trail of web behind them that increases Arachne's movement speed and makes her immune to Slows. Breaking the web also spawns 2 Broodling Spiders, which deal 20/30/40/50/60 damage per hit. Arachne can have 2 walls active at a time, and they expire when broken or after 4min. Cooldown: 18s. Cost: 50/55/60/65/70.

Night Crawler: Arachne flips up to her infinite web, hanging upside down above the lane and increasing her movement speed by 40% for 5s. She may leap off the web to deal 150/250/350/450/550 +100% of her Physical Power as damage to all enemies in the target area. Cooldown: 90/85/80/75/70s. Cost: 100.

Odin
Allfather (Passive): If an enemy dies in Odin's Ring of Spears, Odin permanently gains 5 physical power. This can stack up to 10 times.
Lunge: Odin lunges to his target location, doing 140/180/220/260/300 +40% of his physical power to all nearby enemies. Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11s. Cost: 45/50/55/60/65.

Raven Shout: Odin summons a flock of Ravens that create a shield around him that blocks damage equal to 100/175/250/325/400 +50% of his Physical Power for 4s. When the shield expires it explodes outward, dealing damage to nearby enemies based on how much health it had remaining. If the shield is at full health, it deals an additional 25% bonus damage. The shield will not expire while Odin is using Lunge, and will detonate upon landing from Lunge. Cooldown: 15s. Cost: 50/55/60/65/70.

Gungnir's Might: Odin does a sweeping spear attack that hits twice dealing 35/50/65/80/95 +30% of his physical power as damage and slows enemies 40% for 2/2.2/2.4/2.6/2.8s on the first hit. Cooldown: 10s. Cost: 70.

Ring of Spears: Odin summons a wall of spears that blocks his and enemy movement, but allies may move freely through. It does not block attacks. Enemies inside the ring have their attack speed lowered by 20/30/40/50/60%, and have their healing reduced by 100%. Cooldown: 60s. Cost: 100.

It's like every assassin, to HiRez, means melee hyper carry.

Omg. Odin's ult. NO MORE THREAD THE NEEDLE ****! :D

Nice patch. Can't wait for the new Ao though.

Also. A anti-crit item. Guess you can counter burst burst assassins now. I think...

I wonder how much bigger Geb's survivability is gonna be with the new anti-crit item?

Also this new item might actually be able to counter the crits from Ne Zha's ult.

Also I like the Odin changes, don't see why everyone is complaining so much (though removing the CC-Immunity on the ult might've been a bit much, but most Odins can probably deal with that well.)

Kukulkan looks pretty cool. It's a shame I have to hate him because he's getting Ao Kuang's kit.

New Arachne looks ****ing insane. Those numbers are pretty intimidating.

New Odin looks pretty awesome. Glad to finally see I can use his ult whenever the hell I want without worrying about screwing over teammates in the area.

Pixel Buster Freya looks cool. King Bacchus is definitely something I won't be using. Just not a fan of the look.

Glad to see we're finally getting new items. They actually look pretty good too.

Happy to see Guan getting a needed buff.

He Bo's nerf is nice, though the nerf to his water cannon isn't much.

Nu Wa's fog rightfully got smacked down hard.

Now for a negative for me: the emotes.

Honestly, for one, I found pretty much all of these emotes pointless. I guess they're something fun before a match starts and when it ends, but other than that, I don't really find I have much of a use for emotes, and even in these stated situations, I hardly find a use for them. Granted, I only have one of the Nemesis ones right now, but that still stands.

Second, which is my personal problem with them is that they shove two special ones into the chest system, which, starting with this patch, waters down the potential to get anything good way too much. In this patch alone, they're throwing in emotes for 30 gods/goddess, equaling 60 new emotes being thrown into chests, along with the four we have now. That is just plain stupid, and that's not even the end of it. In upcoming patches, I'm sure they'll start throwing in emotes for the rest of them, which will come out to over 100 emotes to get. I still wouldn't be happy with it, but damn, I could live with them putting both emotes in a pack for the chest so that there's only a bit less than 60 new "fluff" items in the chest, but over 100? Hopefully they implement what HiRez Stew said a while back with them splitting up chests because as someone who enjoys the chest system and has spent plenty of money with it, there is absolutely no way I am buying another chest under these current circumstances. Though, I'd be surprised if they did separate chests for emotes because I can't see many people buying those chests because, again, emotes are useless as hell.

Anyway, that rant aside, I'm decently satisfied with this patch. Two characters who really needed work are getting changed up to becoming viable, if not possibly over powered. We've also got new items coming and a nice Guan buff. Granted, the god balancing portion isn't great considering how many gods/goddesses really do need work, but I guess it's something for now. Again, would really like to see HiRez focus most of their attention on just a straight up balancing patch, but I'm not holding my breath for that.

You guys are seriously going to underestimate how powerful Odin is now. I am betting you any money everyone on this forum will come back after patch day and say I am right on this. Odin will CRUSH you if he lands his leap on you at all. Not even joking. I'm not trying to over hype him or anything because his ult is not all that. In fact for some reason most people are over hyping his ult instead of his shield. Honestly his ult is more of a nerf to himself and its his shield that is going to Crush players.

This is why Odin is going to crush kids now. His shield "DETONATES ON LANDING"!!!

Seriously guys, that is powerful as ****, more than some of you are giving it credit for. This means that Odin will almost always get full damage on his shield explosion off on you if he lands on you with his leap. I don't feel like going into the numbers right now but I am pretty sure if you get hit with a 1 + 2 + 3 the damage is like being hit with a Ultimate ability!!!

Arachne - Dudes..... her Ult is 8 seconds long? That **** is seeming close to broken when I think about it. Arachne is about to wreck people with her ult alone. Hopefully you are allowed to see her crawling on top the screen other wise GG to you when you get ganked.

Guan Yu - Lets see if da boy is back in town

Hebo need his *** nerfed on his 1 strait up.

Hercules - Not sure if I agree with it going down to 90%. I think it was okay to nerf it slightly but I think 90% might be a little too low, maybe not if he still has his activation heal then it probably evens out to be near 100% recovery anyways.

Yeah, Odin is definitely gonna have a spot in the solo/jungle again. I also feel that when the topic of his new ult comes up people forget stuff like Magi's Blessing or Purification Beads exist (granted the removal of CC-Immunity still sucks.)

Keep in mind that the numbers they showed off for Arachne are not final and still liable to change.

Guan Yu is definitely in a better spot than before, time will tell if it was enough.

I feel like the big issue with Hercules is not his healing (though that was still problematic) but rather his damage output and CC.

Even when building tanky he hits like a truck, and just one combo of 2>1>4 is enough to almost kill any squishy early game, and most likely kill a squishy mid/late game.

(While most people would hate this I'd kinda prefer it if Earthbreaker just knocked people straight up into the air, with the end of it launching them high enough for him to go and close the gap.)
