I got one because I placed a decoy to block someone and then a teammate stunned them long enough for the decoy to go off. Then I got another because I used a decoy + ulti + fist of the gods combo to keep them in the decoy.

Yeah I ult in decoy sometimes, but when I do I usually kill them before it goes off

When I ult with Thanatos and see the EXECUTED sign appear right where I landed. With the awesome bird screech. It makes me feel a badass. :P
random thanatos main has appeared

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions.
