Fun and exciting passively are ones that have a very noticeable impact on the play style of the god. These include Neith's passive, Loki's passive, Zeus' passive, Apollo's passive, Bacchus' passive, Hercules' passive etcetera.

Bad passages are ones that can be included on an ability or ones that do not impact your play style and are just there as a small buff, or ones that are flat out useless.. These include Bastet's passive, Xbalanque's passive, Guan Yu's passive, Odin's passive etcetera. Thankfully, most of Smite's Passover fall under here. Your proposed passive would definitely fall here.

How about:

If Ashvins attacks hit an ally, the ally will be healed for (100% of physical power), Each time Ashvins heals an ally with an auto attack he gains 1 charge, when he gains full charge (10?)all Ashvins abilities upon activation will give allies a 10% attackspeed buff.

Noticed new passive, The way you put it is a bit confusing, How about this (words rework)

Passive: being the doctor gods, they know how to heal them self, so they have HP5 increased by 10. And Their basic attacks utilize a 3 swing chain, the third swing they swing one of the twins around them doing AoE damage. Also, Allies in the 3rd swing attack are healed by 100% of your total magical power

I think it should simply be a flat amount that scales lowly with level (40/44/48/52...104/108/112/116). It should have a very low magical scaling as well (15% of magical power). The speed buff would is also a nice touch, but I think either lower the stacks or increase the speed buff. It's a bit underwhelming in its current state.

Still, his other abilities need some serious tweaking, starting with the ridiculous numbers on his ultimate, and the uselessness of his 1.
