Abilities

Debt of the Dead: This was based on the lore of Charon, having to only transport the dead, only if he was paid a coin. The tradition was to leave a coin in the dead's mouth. His passive is nearby units, when dead, leaves a soul or a dead body which Charon can collect for gold coin ( or bonus physical power can be considered with a cap of course). I know 1 gold is not anything so I am considering maybe higher amounts depending on level or the level of the dead. Lower on low life minions , higher on high level monsters.

Herd the Sinners: Charon uses his oar to herd reluctant sinners ( the enemies ) knocking them forward to the direction Charon beating them to. This is a cone area AOE damage
Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/10
Damage: 85/155/175/200/225 (+80% of your physical power)
Mana: 60/70/80/90/100

Waters of Styx or Spirit of The Dead: Passive: The aura of the dead lurks the area. Charon is healed 15% of any damage dealt in the area. ( Both enemies or allies ) Active: Charon intensifies the aura dealing continual damage to those nearby him. The passive still persist when he activates this.
Cooldown: 19/18/17/16/15
Damage: 50/70/90/110/130 (+50% of your physical power) This is the overall damage
Duration: 5 seconds
Mana: 60/70/80/90/100

Ferryman's Fury: Charon launches his boat onto his enemies (kind of like a boat bursting onto a direction splashing nearby enemies), while the burst deals damage and slows the enemy. The distance of the launch is short.
Cooldown:17/16/15/14/13
Damage:40/60/80/100/110 (+60% of Physical Power)
Mana: 60/70/80/90/100
Slow: 35%

Charon's Crossing: Charon drives his boat onto a direction, luring every sinners (the enemies) onto the boat. (It's kind of like Fenrir's ult but can only be one direction but multitarget. The Anyone crashed by his ult will be CC'ed into the boat). They are grabbed into the boat ,, dealing damage while they are in the boat and released until the distance was completed by Charon, Charon can also deactivate by Right Click.
Cooldown: 140/120/110/100/80
Mana: 80/90/100/110/130
Damage: 85/155/225/295/365 (+110% of your physical power) This is the overall damage
Distance: Kind of like ne zha's grab ;D

I'm trying again for another jungler. Hope this works! By his mana cost and physical power reliant property, I suggest monster kill stacked items since it compliments his passive!

My preffered appearance: He rides a boat of course, hooded with a gloomy, creepy looking wooden oar.

Seems good, I have no real problems, I think his ultimate should do a little more damage

So I really like this idea. Tough for the passive, I would say make it that all enemies drop 1 coin, though buff holding monsters, the big seige minions, and gods drop 5 gold. Also switch the damage output of the ultimate and his 1. Because his 1 does to much and his ult, too little. Then with his 2 e passive is quite OP, drop it down to like 10%

I made it into 15 %, I was hoping to make this his sustain in the jungle. The passive, that was the objective i guess, bigger monsters more g, and lesser monster less g. Yea I made a mistake on 1 and Ultimate.
