The skinwalker is a melee magical bruiser, with high mobility and damage.

Passive: Evil Way: The skinwalker has three forms, a coyote form, an owl form, and a bear form. Each form has its own abilities and stat bonuses.

The skinwalker spawns with one stack of Shapeshifting. Each stack grants a bonus to a stat depending on the skinwalker's form, and maxes at 5 stacks. Killing an enemy god grants another stack, and all but one stack is removed upon death.

Coyote: +6% attack speed per stack.
Owl: +8% movement speed per stack.
Bear: +12 magical power per stack.

On the player's screen, they'll see a circle with three symbols on it, and transforming will turn the circle clockwise. In other words, you can't change into a specific form. If anyone has a less clumsy way to implement this, I'm all ears.

1: Transform: The skinwalker changes forms. Cooldown: 18/14/12/10/8/4 seconds. This ability is available at 1st level, and does not need ranks to use. The first cooldown (18) represents the time with no ranks.

2: Maul/Rake/Savage: The skinwalker viciously attacks an enemy, buffing his basic attacks depending on his form. Lasts 4 seconds. Cooldown: 8 seconds.

Attack damage bonus: 50/70/90/110/130 + 30% of your magical power.

Coyote: Slows enemies by 20/25/30/35/40%
Owl: Cripples enemies for .7/1/1.3/1.6/2.0 seconds
Bear: Deals 1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0% of the enemy's health as bonus damage.

3: Leap/Dive/Rush:

The skinwalker dashes/leaps/otherwise forward, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 damage + 50% of your magical power. An additional effect is applied depending on your form. Cooldown: 16 seconds.

Coyote: A non-jump leap, small delay, damage in a small radius. Reduces enemy protections by 5/10/15/20/25.
Owl: An actual jump, large delay, small damage radius, increases movement speed by 10/15/20/25/30% for 3 seconds.
Bear: A fairly slow dash, about as slow as Tyr's, dealing damage with collision and gaining 4/6/8/10/12 protections for each enemy hit this way. Breaks slows.

4: Sin Against Nature: The skinwalker transforms into a monstrous abomination, refreshing all of his cooldowns, gaining the benefits of all three forms and increasing his protections by 12/24/36/48/60. The skinwalker gains all three benefits from his forms into his abilities, and becomes immune to crown control. This form lasts 6 seconds. Cooldown: 90 seconds.

While in SAN form: Transform grants an extra stack of Shapeshifting, and his 3 becomes a fast jump, kinda like Anhur's, with a 20 foot radius. His 2 is constantly active while in this form.

Other notes: He suffers from mana problems, and while his Owl form provides good mobility, he has a pretty long cooldown on his escape.

So...is this too overpowered?

Mark of the Vanguard, Reinforced Boots, Meditation, Demonic Grip, Breastplate of Valor, Stone of Gaia, Polynomicon, Book of Thoth.

It's pretty neat. xD I like very much the shape-shifting idea. Some of the damage and effects could be reduced for a bit, but overall it's an awesome kit, in my opinion.
