Hermes-Messenger of the gods and creator of fire.

Lore: Hermes, son of Zeus, messenger of the gods and teacher to the people. Hermes tells people lessons of wisdom and knowledge. He created the lyre and the fire. Once he stole Apollo's cradle determining Apollo to chase him. Hermes made a deal with Apollo, keeping the cradle and giving him the lyre. Hermes is the only other god than Hades who can enter and go out of the Underworld, through his winged shoes.

Passive "Instant messaging"
Every time Hermes uses an ability near by an enemy god, his movement speed is raised by 8%

1 - "Hot Mail"
Hermes' next 3 basic attacks have fire on them, dealing more damage and setting a small ablaze on enemies.
Plus damage per hit
40/60/90/105/115 +5% phys power
Ablaze 5/10/15/20/25 +3% phys power (every 0.33 s for 1 s)
Cost 70/95/110/130/150
Cooldown 15/14/13/12/12

2 - "Fast Delivery"
Hermes activates his winged shoes, gaining movement speed. He is immune to slows and cripples for duration.
Movement speed 20/30/35/40/45 %
Duration 2.2/2.4/2.6/2.8/3 s
Cost 70/85/100/125/140
Cooldown 10 s

3 - "Inspiring wisdom"
Hermes tells allies in a radius words of wisdom, as they gain more damage per basic attack hit.
Plus damage per hit(gods) 25/35/50/70/95
Plus damage per hit(melee minions) 2/5/9/11/15%
Plus damage per hit(ranged minions) 3/6/10/14/18%
Buff duration 5s
Cost 80/100/120/140/190
Cooldown 16/15/14/13/13

4 - "You got Mail!"
Hermes sends a letter to any enemy, putting it in front of him and massively slowing him, to be able to read the letter.
Slow 45/55/65/75/85%
Duration 1.6/1.8/2.0/2.2/2.4 s
Cost 100/130/180/210/250
Cooldown 85/75/65/55/50

Look: Fit man, with a white robe, winged shoes and a winged hat. He carries a shortbow and a golden satchel on his back.

Basic attack animation: Hermes fires his short bow.

Role: Ranged, Physical, Carry

Uh, no offense, but your names kind of...fall flat.

Alternative Names:

Passive: Instant Messaging

1: Hotmail

2: Speedy Delivery

3: Chain Letters/Spam/Inspiring Wisdom

4: Letter Bomb/You Got Mail!/Critical Inbox Failure

Also, his skills are kind of lackluster. I would appreciate some additional explanation. For example, his passive, how does it work? How can the game tell if he is being chased or not?

His one is interesting in that it relies on number, rather than time.

Two is interesting, but it seems useless, especially when it can be so easily countered by any hard CC. Why not make it able to break slows/roots/cripple, and let it somehow empower his next basic attack?

Three: Just terrible. I mean, come on, all it does is inspire minions? How useless is that? I like the idea of being a good pusher, but come on, it should increase damage of all allies, including minions, within a certain radius, or something like that.

His ultimate is interesting. If it deals no damage, it should be useful in other ways. I like the idea of it being a global ultimate (this is the kind of detail you want to explain), and he can apply a huge debuff anywhere on the map. Give it a slightly shorter cooldown, and you have a unique and interesting ult.

Thanks :) I'll be doing some changes. It's been made in a hurry and didn't think much about names.. xD but I'll use your ideas ;) About the passive, maybe if the enemy is at 1m or so behind him.. but in that case it would be useless against ranged gods. Idk.. i'll figure something out
