Skadi, Goddess of Winter

Type : Ranged, Physical, Magical
Roles : Carry, Mage
Pros : High Area Damage, High Single Target Damage

Health : 430(+76)
Mana :230(+40)
Movement :365
Health Regen : 8(+0.58)
Mana Regen : 4.5(+0.38)
Attack Speed : 0.9(+0.01)
Magical Protection : 30(+0.9)
Physical Protection : 12(+3)
physical Power : 35(+2.5)

Skills :

Passive : Cold Hands
Skadi’s basic attacks reduce enemy’s attack speed by 20%

Skill 1 : Frost Arrow
Toogle : Skadi’s basic attacks deals an additional 10/15/20/25/30 (+25% magical power) magical damage as well reducing the movement speed of the enemy by 15/20/25/30/35 %
Cooldown : 1 s Cost : 6/8/10/12/14 per shot

Skill 2 : Frost Rain
Skadi falls a rain of snows dealing damage to enemies by 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+20% of your magical power) magical damage per 0.5 second for 3s as well slowing them for the amount of frost arrow slow..
Cooldown : 15s Cost : 60/65/70/75/80

Skill 3 : Ice Gloves and Boots
Skadi puts her gloves and boots making her immune to CC for 1s and increasing her movement speed by 10/20/30/40/50% for 2s and starting to diminish by 20% of the bonus each second after that and also removing moving backward penalty. Additionally, she also gain 10/15/20/25/30 % attack speed for 4s.
Cooldown : 12s Cost : 80

Ultimate : Rage of Winter
Skadi shoots many arrows in line that pass through all enemies dealing 300/350/400/450/500 (+100% physical power) physical damage until the edge of the map that have reduced damage by 10% for every enemy it passed (including minions) (minimum 40%). When the enemies are hitted they are dealt a DoT damage for 10/20/30/40/50 (+20% magical power) magical damage each second for 5s
Cooldown : 90s Cost : 100

I'm not sure if I do it right cause at the current time, SMITE has no gods that could be made either AD or AP where in LoL, some are possible (Ezreal, Miss Fortune, etc)

I remember there was Skadi idea made a little while ago that got some popularity...

Also, from a game balancing perspective, it's generally easiest to make each playable character a set build path. It's because of Ezreal's two build paths that it is really hard to balance him, and why his Essence Flux doesn't hit minions.

Welp. Gotta change my contest idea.

I like it, but the skills don't seem to be appealing imo. Don't get me wrong; excellent idea and great skills. I just don't find them as a "WOW" factor.

Other than that good job. Your ideas are strong. Keep em' coming~

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
