These abilities are the abilities of other Hindu gods through several layers of Google Translate, then grammar-corrected, rephrased, and reworked, with parts added in such as who the ability affects, to be more like ability descriptions. I chose Vāc because she's mentioned in Rigvedic thought in RV 10.71.1-4, as the source of language. Ability descriptions and effects are changed even further to fit her lore as a personified form of speech and create a (more or less) viable playstyle. Basically, this is a kit cobbled together from nonsense.
Also, Vāc basic attacks with a sitar, because she is syncretized with Saraswati, the goddess of music and knowledge, in later Vedic literature.
Gift of Expression
Key Bind: Passive
Vāc chooses an allied god to benefit with the gift of expression. Vāc receives 50% of her target's maximum health and HP5 and her target receives 50% of Vāc's physical power and flat penetration. Vāc must choose a different allied god to receive her gift when her current target gets a kill or is killed.
Magical gods cannot receive Vāc's physical power, but can use the penetration.
Vāc should always have this passive active, because she only has 500 (+20 per level) base health. She does not lose her target until she is both out of combat and above 30% of her current maximum health. This passive can be used defensively by targeting a guardian, making Vāc tankier, or offensively by targeting a hunter or assassin to buff them and make Sacred Cow Disarm/Slow more efficiently.

Sacred Cow

Vāc summons a cow to deliver a powerful blow, disarming all enemy gods hit. With each god hit the cow gains bonus damage. If the cow does not find any enemy gods within 75 units, it will attack minions and towers. Enemy gods hit more than three times are instead slowed.
Vāc's cow lasts for up to 6 seconds and has 15% of Vāc's passive's target's maximum health and two times Vāc's passive's target's movement speed.
The cow does not attack the same god multiple times in a row unless it is the only god within 75 units.
Vāc speaks poetic words of comfort and encouragement. Vāc and allied gods near her receive protections and bonus damage on their basic attacks based on Vāc's and protections.
Vāc channels the ability for 3.5 seconds and the AOE is a bit smaller than Apollo's Serenade.
Vocal Projection
Key Bind: 3
Vāc sends forward a wave of her voice, revealing the path towards the future. The wave deals damage to enemies and roots them, while the path slows enemies.
This is as fast and wide as Celestial Beam.
Vāc scatters her essence and sends it to every allied god in the battlefield, reducing her health to what it is without her passive active, and cleansing her of crowd control. Each god, including Vāc, gets the bonus penetration of her passive, and a shield equal to 50% of Vāc's previous Maximum health. Once the shield expires and Vāc is out of combat, she may choose any target for her passive.
Curly, God chooses the brand. God, Lord, or for the benefit of 15% of physical intrusion, 80% of your maximum health and assistance to kill curly. God of Wealth, money, and help to increase or to kill 30 percent. Curret guide you, the enemy of God has died curly brand. Without doing calculations, I honestly have no clue how balanced this god would be...it's one of the more unique concepts out there though, and it's obvious you put a lot of thought into it.
Ok, I think the god is a good idea! I think the skills are way too overpowered to be honest. It would be like fighting a mix between Artio and Skadi. The multi-slows mixed with a root is wayyyyy too OP, and the protections are way high! The damage is also too high considering its a warrior with 2 slows and a root! But I think with some number changes you can balance this god out making it not so OP! So either sacrifice damage significantly, or remove one of the slows and/or root and slightly reduce the damage. I think its possible to balance it, with the right ideas!
Think of this god as an enemy, how can you defeat it. How much damage would you think is fair given the abilities you are faced with.
I like the ability formats! the styles, the passive, everything. Just balance it out a bit more and I'd love to see this god in the field! Good work!
