Any suggestions on which Gods lifesteal works most efficiently?

All hunters! For assassins, Arachne, Kali, and maybe Fenrir. For mages: Freya, Anubis, and Agni. You can build lifesteal on all mages comfortably but those are the ones that Bancroft's Talon is a staple item.

hunters will always get lifesteal.

And also most mages will get lifesteal as they would get Bancroft's Talon for the power (or Polynomicon for the passive)

Also sometimes can lifesteal be usefull for assassins and warrior's (depends on in built heals)

Add merc to the list of assassins who need lifesteal, and take Kali off tbh. Her built in lifesteal is enough imo. Also for warriors I think asi on Osiris is the only case where any warrior uses lifesteal.

This is what I meant with built in lifesteal/heal

As chaac and herculess both got great healing and tyr and guan yu decent healing they won't need lifesteal, but on osiris, sun, vamana and odin I like a lifesteal item because you can't rely on your ult every short skirmish (for sun and vamana)

I'm having great fun with Serqet and I see much potential in Anubis but it's as easy to die as it's to kill with Anbis ^^

Fenrir is op with life steal items. You can easily hit the 100% cap with him.

Yeah Merc is good with lifesteal. I personally don't get lifesteal with Kali but Asi is a decent alternative to Hastened Fatalis and Witchblade.

Eh, I usually prefer Bloodforge over Asi for assassins since most of them are hyper aggro basic attackers that benefit off BF's Attack and LS scalings. Besides, BF offers better base LS, doesn't have a CD on passive and doesn't require for yoi to be near death to actually activate it.
