Guys , i just purchased some 400 gems with my paysafe card and the ammount of gems havent been added to my account . What is happening ? I tried to do it again , to get gems , and it says that i dont have the enough ammount of money needed to get gems . Guys please help me . I tried several times yet it says the same and my money are gone . Please , i really want my money back .

Ok, I have seen this problem many times. Do not panic, your gem purchase has not been validated by Hirez yet. Just wait and you should get it in a couple of minutes.

Thank you for your reply my friend , but i have been waiting for over an hour and nothing happened . Thats why i ent an email to hirez reporting the problem and yet hirez didnt answer me . There is about 1 hour and 5 minutes that i havent got not a reply not a gem . Again thank you for your reply !

You can't really do anything, but I'll say this. You will get your gems, but it may take a day to get them.

HiRez is THE BEST ! I took the gems . The only thing that i had to do was wait . Wait because they had so many payments to deal with . I tell you this : " If you put money to a game of HiRez and they dont give you anything back , dont worry . You will get what you want. Just be patient and wait cuz they have many other works to do . " I have to say a big sorry to HiRez for telling these bad thinhs i said . SORRY HIREZ AND THANK YOU !!!!
