This is my first guide I am making so sorry if it sucks but hey this is a for-fun build that can be good if you are like a Ra Ult-Hitting pro. I recommend this for Joust because I find people build less protections in Joust due to it being less serious of a game mode than Conquest but you are welcome to edit it (maybe switch BoT for more penetration) for any scenario. This build plays to Ra's strengths... blasting off his 1 and 4 whenever they are up. Like I said earlier, this build is more for fun because it is high damage, low(ish) penetration, and no protection but it deals SO MUCH DAMAGE!!
These item are for maximizing his damage and burst but is flexible so you can include more penetration or defense to fit your needs situation.
You want to upgrade your skills this way with this build to end up one hitting (or close to one hitting) people near the end of the game. Upgrading your 4 not only increases its damage but decreases its cooldown allowing you to snipe/destroy/miss more often. Upgrading your 1 will allow you to do massive amounts of damage and clear greatly so that is in second priority. Your 3 is in third priority because it can be used for little damage and healing allies or minions but is not (in my opinion) as great for a high damage Ra build as the 4 and 1. Lastly, your 2 is upgraded because it is more situational than Ra's 4/1/3. It is either used for proccing your passive to escape, instigate with the slow and blind, chase with your passive and slow, etc. Overall, your 4 for damage, 1 for damage and clear, 3 for healing and some damage, and 2 for certain situations.
In conclusion, this build is for pure damage. This build could possibly be used for ranked play if you switch some things around and find out when you have to make it adapt to your play style and how the game is going. Finally, the Pros and Cons have already been said. Thanks for reading this terrible guide. The End.
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
