Guardians Blessing is there for the extra gold and just pure defense in the beginning because you are squishy without it. Start Book of Thoth early to get stacks going and try not to play too aggressive as you will quickly find out you do not do much damage yet. WARD WARD WARD! I cannot tell you how beneficial it is in solo lane. Getting ganked especially without Ultimate is hard to deal with. I go with multi potions here just because they are nice to have in long early game engagements. Only go back when you have Teleport Glyph ready because if you have to run all the way back it makes it very difficult to keep up with your opponent in levels.
This build, as you can see, has no boots. I did this because you do not need them with Chronos. He already has speed built into his kit and you sacrifice a lot of damage if you have them.
Book of Thoth is great to have early on because it creates stacks that ultimately give you more damage and mana.
Demonic grip is great because it acts kind of like penetration and the attack speed and movement speed are nice as well.
Telkhines Ring is great for shred of opponents and the attack speed/ movement speed is essential.
Polynomicon is a must have no matter what. As soon as you use your 2nd ability it activates and deals insane amounts of damage.
Bancroft's Talon is super nice because it is a decent amount of Magical Power on top of the life steal.
Typhon's Fang is amazing because you already have 2 items that give you a good amount of life steal so why not let it give you power and increase the health you get back from life steal.
These are just my go to defense items that I always use because it is hard to go wrong with them, especially mantle of discord on Chronos. I rarely use them because I let my support take a lot of damage in late-game fights and I just shred in the background.
Yeah yeah, kind of scummy I know. lol
Okay, these items are here if you are looking to just mess around with the build and not kill it. The one item that I highly suggest you don't take out is Polynomicon because if you stop your clock on IV it gives you 35% more magical power to your basic attack and Poly gives you an extra 75% to your next attack. You can shred towers and gods if you do it right.
Items that you could take out would be Bancroft's Talon and Typhon's Fang. If you take out typhoon's Fang than you could leave Bancroft's in, but if you take Bancroft's out take out Typhons because it is not beneficial. Soul reaver is a good swap for Bancroft's and if you do that put Hastened Ring/Shaman's Ring in for Typhon's.
If you feel like you can't get away put in Shaman's Ring for Typhons, but leave in Bancroft's.
This build is meant for casual conquest play in the Solo Lane. If you have any questions about how this works or why I did something, look at the question marks next to the section you are questioning. It should explain everything.
Pros:
-Great end game potential
-Decent early minion clear compared to other solos
-Good CC
-Very powerful in mid-late game
-Easy objective kills
-Very fun
Cons:
-Early game is slow (play passive)
-Hard to get full built
-Hard to stop the clock on the right spot if you aren't paying attention

My reason for suggesting this to be archived was because the author logged in, created the build, and never came back. Evident because he did not respond to any criticism.
I also suggested this for archive because this build is over 2 months old.
(I know you're not actually asking me to do that but those are my points regarding your reasons for archive)
Again the author only created this build, came on a few days after that, and never showed up again.
Lastly, I am not asking you to go through every single guide and check the criteria you have mentioned, because I am doing that for you and pointing the builds out for you.
If these are not fair grounds for arhiving, then that is OK. Like I said, I understand you have limitations.
The cases where it looks much more acceptable to archive are when the builds are in fact borderline or obvious troll. Borderline, we give some chance for them to respond, and THAT'S where time comes into play. Understand the difference I'm describing?
Teleport on Chronos Solo isn't bad, but forcing yourself to get it because you skip boots? Not cool.
Triple lifesteal is troll unless it's against those dumbasses I sometimes come across in conquest who play like potatoes and don't build anti-heal, and in that case a troll build would beat those types of players anyway (which this build kind of is). What im saying is this build's lifesteal doesen't work out well against competent players building anti-heal.
Claiming this is a solo lane build yet you barely consider defense. No warlocks, no book of dead etc... Only "optional defense go-tos".
Levelling order is completely ****ed. You start with your 3, and you max it before the 1???
If you want to skip boots as Chronos and get telk/demonic, you can do it as a lategame option with a movement minor penalty compared to just having boots (and no rings), but it is in no way a good early game option at all. And certainly not something I would consider for a solo lane build.
You also can't claim to rely on his 2 for "movement speed" since you have don't have max cdr, let alone any cdr in your build. Max CDR would let you have your 2 up often enough you can consider boots "unnecessary".
And saying "Only back when you have teleport ready because you run very slowly back to lane putting you behind" - well no **** Sherlock. The build is awful, and you basically admitted so. Forcing yourself to rely on "teleport being ready" is not a valid option.
Oh, and hello, how are you?
1) I get that chronos has speed built into his kit, but boots are still needed. If your teleport glyph is down, you need the movement from boots to get back to lane.
2) Typically, you would build some sort of defense item against your lane opponent 2nd item. This is the squishiest solo build i have seen.
3) triple lifesteal on chronos?
As of this point, please archive your guide so it does not confuse newer players.
Otherwise, fix this by referencing kriega1's guide: rifts of chaos

On the flip side, if this dude says he is "Masters Ranked" in conquest, I am not only going to suggest tagging this for removal, but also banning the author from smitefire.
