Sell boots for Spear late game
In conquest I play a little different I find this build trades burst damage for sustain and cc. With Gem you really slow enemies down with your passive and 3 after igniting them. Making your Ult more accurate and deadly. The Increased life steal and health make you very spongy of damage. You could trade out typhoons fang for book of the dead for the health shield if your taking more damage than you can recover from. Also Shamans ring is a great substitute for fang if your dominating and want to be even more trolly it combos nicely with gem on lowering protections and movement speed as well as increasing yours by 10%.
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

Fumes up first ??? Pls if ure a 10 agni player u cant say that ! Buy some logic and retry smite...
That said, Phantom, you do realize that Path of Flames is typically the starting ability, and it clears MUCH better than Fumes, right? As long as you're not going to be poked constantly, you should generally be able to avoid the enemy's waveclear ability at level 1, then go to the archers and dash through them back to your side.
What other reasons do you have for getting Fumes at level 1?
Yes let’s wait 10s for my waveclear ability to do damage close to an instant 2 or 3, and let the enemy melee minions kill my melee minions for free and walk out of noxious fumes at level 1. Absolutely terrific.
If “safety” is the argument you can start the 2 (which can apply his passive, Which also procs mage’s blessing). Starting the 3 at level 1 is generally the best option. Also if you feel you won’t be punished for it, you don’t have to walk to enemy archers and use the 3, you can also do it from the minions to the archers and then walk to the side / your side (probably not ideal into someone like Thoth due to the CD reduction on his 1 if hits consistent shots).
THEN, I spent time explaining the BETTER option, and how to use it safely. I did it in a manner that acknowledged the person's choice without being harsh, and then offered an alternative that I would suggest. This is basic decency and an appropriate and effective way to get people to listen and consider a different approach.

Your passive aggressive comments need to be adjusted. There are ways to educate and suggest without being sarcastic, biting, and toxic, and for all the comments and responses you get in this vein, I'm sure you understand how you sound to others, I just don't understand why you refuse to make an effort with this.
But you pretty much hit the nail on the head
"Yes let’s wait 10s for my waveckear ability to do damage close to an instant 2 or 3, and let the enemy melee minions kill my melee minions for free and walk out of noxious fumes at level 1."
I think there's a more polite way of saying it though. This guide isn't low effort troll nor is it a one and done. The OP is actually taking the time to respond to feedback.
