Anhur is extremely strong, he can snowball very easy and he has a lot of teamfight potential and survivability. He is an extremely safe pick in any game mode, he has an Alt that makes him cc immune. And he has several auto attack resets as we will go into later.
This is key for any god. Anhurs auto attack reset is simple, similar to ullrs.
Every god has pros and cons. Anhur has a lot of pros, lots of survivability cc immune alt, but along with this he also falls off late game. A god like Apollo can outbox a Anhur late game. While Anhur could easily 100-0 him early game. With that being said keep in mind your matchups.
Max his 2 Then Max his 1 then Max his 3 Last. Always get ticks on the Alt when you can.
The Items i listed above are essential for any ability based hunter and thats what Anhur is. For example, you would not go trans on Apollo Or Rama but you could on Anhur Because of his Impale that hits like a truck through the whole game. Apollo only has his 1 and it barely does any damage late game.
A common misconception, i call Anhur "ability" based. I dont mean build Jotunns, Titans Bane and Beatstick. I mean if you need to build Trans so you have the extra power and mana to abuse abilities, do that.
