Anhur is best against physical opponents especially non-tanky ones (on a basic hit his passive reduces the target's physical power by 20% for 3 seconds). the thing i always like to do is get your enemy god down to around 2/3 health then jump on your opponent with disperse (make sure if your a low level that there aren't to many enemy minions around). use impale on the enemy god trying to hit him against the wall to stun him. if he is stunned use your ultimate on him, desert fury, hopefully he's close to death if not dead at this point. if you need to quickly finish him use shifting sands on wherever hes trying to run and seal the deal with your basic attacks.
Also always keep a health potion on you, i cant tell you how many times its saved my life or let me keep fighting without worries. i always keep at least 1 on me but i try to get 2. now i wouldnt recomend this if you arent getting to much money, i only do this because im mid lane and i get a lot of money.
this is my favorite build as of now for Anhur! the executioner + qins blades passives + very high attack speed is very op. every time that i try it out the game doesnt last long and my team wins, so im not to sure how good it is (or how good i am :P lol jk (but i am pretty good))but im also always positive (high attack speed does mean that you can kill steal more easily but i usually give more kills to teamates than steal them). the farthest iv been able to get along this build is lvl 2 deathbringer, with the most money out of anyone. but so far the major attack speed increase with a pretty good power increase makes Anhur a walking machine gun. just try to be as aggressive as you can without dieing. for this build you might want to get a lifesteal earlier, it definitly helps out a lot because of the high damage/attack speed with lifesteal can heal you in no time.

the build is okay except for the attack speed one
yea the attack speed is a concept build, i haven't really been able to test it out in a real game since most end in like 30 min. which is not enough time to really test an item build at all. but it sounds like good build (especially with qins blades passive).

Also, I can tell you don't watch Lassiz' stream. He always says he loves it when people initiate with jumps/escapes.
NEVER INITIATE WITH DISPERSE!
why not initiate with a disperse? you jump to there location it sends them in the air so that they cant use any ability, then u quickly use the skill combo as soon as they land. this is only a guide for mid lane/ solo which is why i always initiate with a disperse. also im new here so dont downvote me for trying things out :(
my first guide btw :P
checking to see if this works
