This Is an Anubis Build that works really well in Joust and arena You can trade out Shoes of the Magi FOr Shoes of Focus if u need cooldown and Mana, With Anubis you need to be very careful and know what is happening and make sure to hit your 2 so u can set up your Ultimate and your 1 and 3.

Pros / Cons

Anubis has high damage and no mobility make him an easy target if you do not Snowball.

In Arena, depending on how much pressure you have and your team comp, 3rd though. If you've got another mage and a guardian, for example, Magus will give your teammates some easy true damage.

Thats a good argument but if you have less magicals definitely get Typhon's third. (especially since Anubis' passive gives pen).

True, but I was remarking on poorly worded that sentence was and offered my opinion on how it could be better worded.

Swap Typhon's and magus around. It makes him harder to kill early and he gains pen from lifesteal based on his passive. Also Magus and obsidian in the same build (on Anubis) is a situational pickup.
