Why do you prioritize Plague of Locusts over Grasping Hands? The former makes you a easy target while the later can both clear quickly and has good poke. Plague is a good finisher, but I wouldn't rely on it as my main source of damage.

Why no Spear of the Magus?

Also Soul Reaver or Rod of Tahuti over Typhon's Fang on Anubis?

Book of thoth combined with book of the dead is ok on anubis too.

I would either build him like this: Bancroft's Talon, Shoes of the Magi, Gem of Isolation, Spear of the Magus, Typhon's Fang, Rod of Tahuti (or Soul Reaver).

Or: Book of Thoth, Shoes of Focus, Bancroft's Talon, Spear of the Magus, Book of the Dead, Spear of Desolation.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
