You are looking to max your 5 passive stacks before jumping onto your opponent and stunning them. Hit one or two auto attacks before they are no longer stunned and then use your 3 (Brutalize). You will spend a lot of time auto attacking if your abilities are down. The build goes from large single target damage at the start, to tanky setup for your team (using the ult and stun) as fenrir falls of in the later game as an assassin.
The frostbound hammer and executioner combo gives for great chase ability early. The bloodforge means later game fenrir can sustain up during his fights as his opponents become tankier. The Crit is just for those looking for more damage burst and the magis for some defenses.
