Artemis is a hard to master ADC with a great late potential, but pretty useless in the early moments of the match. This build focus on the early sustain to stay in lane, and obviusly on late damage to punish your enemies.
Pros: High attack speed
High movement speed
High late damage
Useful kit
High survivality
Good poke
Cons:Very squishy
Bad early
Bad push/clear
Easily bullied out
Passive Still Target: a great passive for artemis,it grants critical chance since leave the fount.Stacks with succesful basic attacks, giving you 5%critical chance for each hit, with a maximun of 3 stacks.Last 4 seconds
1 Transgressors fate: The artemis defining skill. Place a trap on the ground that roots, cripple and make some damage to the carelles enemie who set his foot on it.This abilitie can be useless, or can be useful. Place it in places like jungle buffs or straight under opponent foot to secure a kill, to scape or to gain an unfavorable battle since you opponent cant do anithing for 2 long seconds(max this last)
2 Vengeful Assault: This is what makes artemis the best boxing ADC. Attack speed and Movement speed incresed that allow you to overcome any other god in SMITE. At max level will grant you a 80% extra attack speed for 5 seconds.Enought to destroy any opponent.
Also use it to scape and get faster to the lane(max this 2)
3 Supress the Insolent: Your main ability.Poke your enemies whit this whenever you can, cancel their back, slow them, clear the waves and get the killing blow whith this truly rain of arrows. One of the greatest poke abilities in early, will became a great fount of long range damage in late(max this first)
4 Calydonian Boar: Top tier ulti, gives you CC inmuniti for 3seconds, stun all gods in range doing a big amount of damage to them and allow you to punish them while they cant even move.Nothing more to explain(max this whenever you can)(in early, this is an awesome defensive ulti, use it defensive until you fell save and powerful.then use it to stun enemies and punish them with you 3,and kill them with basic attacks)
The standard build for artemis includes lifesteal, attack speed and critical. This combination makes artemis a late game beast, but you need to reach late so the early build is made for resist in the lane the maximun time, including the death toll that gives you a lot of sustain, the chalice that means 3 life pot every time you back, the ninja tabi that grants you some mana, and of course the asi, very good item in artemis since provides lifesteal, attack speed and some early penetration. Also the early build includes the deathbringer that fit perfectly with artemis passive. Is in this moment of the game when you can start killing the enemy gods.
The next item you should build is a penetration item. The two choices here are executioner or titans bane.I prefer titans bane here since it gives you more poke damage with your 3, and also more damage whit basic hith. The executioner is better when you stack it, but you overcap attack speed, and your poke ability make less damage. The last item of the build should be an utility item.My personal choices here are qin sais(when facing tanky enemies) or hydras lament(against squishy enemies)
In the end, sell death toll to pick another critical item like wind demon. You can also sell ninja tabi and purchase warrior tabi.
Damage potion is a great option with finished build too.
Start doing some buff whith your partners(grab red in joust, grab purple in arena)
In the first moments you can do much for your team so keep poking with 3Supress the insolent and clearing with basics attacks until you reach deathbringer. In that moment(midgame for you) you can start being aggresive and getting some kills on squishy gods with your 4boar and basic attacks.
In late game is when you be truly aggresive. You will reach this moment when you have bought the last item of your build. In this moment it will be easy for you to kill the enemie gods
Pick red buff whenever you can, and purchase damage potions to erase everyone using your lethal basic attacks
This guide is made for those people who like artemis but dont know what to build.
Also a little splain of the character.Artemis is highly powerful on joust 3vs3 and can be very satisfying when things go well

That said, I'd mostly like to emphasize, like others have done, that you're blowing past the attack speed cap anytime you're activating Vengeful Assault. 40% extra attack speed is about the limit. In your example build, you have 60% base, with 80% when Wind Demon's passive is working. That's WAY too much.
Going a bit past is fine, because when the steroid is down, your attack speed will be better, but going way past starts losing efficiency within the build. This is why I feel Warrior Tabi and Titan's Bane, if you build other attack speed items, are basically core...helps with her objective damage as well.
Combining Qin's Sais with crit items isn't always optimal, but can work, especially when facing tankier targets. That said, I have 2 switches for your main build that will straight up increase your overall DPS...
Replace Ninja Tabi with Warrior Tabi. Replace Wind Demon with Rage. Worked on this via Smite Builder, and it's basically saying, with Vengeful Assault active, you'll get over 100 DPS more on a squishy, and about 50 more vs. a tank.
Hopefully this is helpful info. You may or may not prefer a change, but this would be my suggestion.
LOL, thanks for the compliment. I'm seriously an average Joe, and sometimes I forget things or can be mistaken...so always take my comments with a grain of salt, look into it yourself, and consider your own preferences before you make a change...it's your guide.
That said, if you're insistent on keeping both Qin's and crit items (I usually would go crit on her and sub Qin's for something else), then I would probably suggest getting Qin's a bit earlier...before Titan's Bane, perhaps, then having either Rage or Titan's Bane, depending on the tankiness of the enemy team/target. TB can go last against a very squishy enemy team.
Another option would be getting Rage immediately after Deathbringer...that's some amazing crit burst in the middle of the build, but your attack speed will suffer a bit. In a case like that, Ninja Tabi might be the better option, at least for mid-game DPS.
You can keep Ninja Tabi and that will overcap when Vengeful is active...but your early game will suffer a bit (Warrior is better early).
You can keep Wind Demon...
You can keep Warrior and Rage, but switch Titan's Bane for The Executioner. Less objective damage, but great DPS against enemies.
I still back that Rage gives better DPS overall...you may not have max attack speed even with Vengeful, but it depends what's more important to you, I guess.
And of course, with Patch 4.13, we've got some changes that might alter builds, giving some nice counter-play for hunters against other hunters and whatnot.
-Deathbringer that early is not a smart idea on any god since the item is expensive. You'd get more value out of Wind Demon for more mobility or even Rage for more critical strike chance. If you like to be aggressive early, you can replace Deathbringer for Ichaival, and replace the order of this item with Asi's. This will give you a notable spike in DPS early on because of what stats you get (attack speed, penetration, power) for a low price.
-Qin Sais isn't a wise item to build on a build focused around crits. This is because Qin Sais' passive is reliant on high penetration to be very effective but crit needs attack speed for DPS. Qin Sais is also expensive.
There is no point in building Hydra's Lament on Artemis since there are better items that would increase her damage output. If you prefer it for the mana sustain, building Transcendence early game would do you more good.
