This is the typical build for Bakasura, Stone Cutting Sword its core on every single build so far, combined with Hastened Fatalis which has really good stats for the early game, creates some really nice snowball potential
Serrated Edge is mandatory cuz of its stats and having some extra movement speed works great with fatalis, so mixing a Bloodforge in there will be helpful too
And obviously some attack speed/pen items like Qin's Sais, Dominance, The Executioner, etc
This builds cap on 2.03 atk spd with full items and replacing Bloodforge with Odysseus' Bow will get you on those 2.5 if it seems necessary
Can use Fail-Not instead of Arondight or replace Seer Of The Jungle with Bumba's Spear

Not having Golden Blade or Golden Bow feels pretty lame, to be honest. But at least we have Stone Cutting Sword and Hastened Fatalis back, which will make Bakasura really strong in any matchup. Maybe it feels a little squishy in the late game, especially against hard CC comps, but it definitely retains its potential in teamfights and 1v1 situations.

Thinking this build wants a bit more AS, especially when considering the bonus damage from Qin's and more hits of Butcher Blades. I would think that BF is the item you can sub out, and you'd consider Exe in its place. I would probably default to that in your standard build.
I'm also concerned about the lack of attack speed without Golden Blade right now, but most of the time, not having these items combined makes me feel uncomfortable with movement speed and survivability. This build gets you to 2.03 attack speed with no buffs, which isn't a bad number, but it can be increased as you said, by replacing Bloodforge with Envenomed Executioner or Odysseus' Bow as I specified in the notes. I'm gonna keep testing other builds for sure, but I would probably stick with this one for the time being
Besides all this, any thoughts on Ichaival right now?
Ichaival, cheap, up to 40 phys power at full stacks, and has decent flat pen. If talking Conquest, you still usually want some sustain first as a hunter (Devo's / Asi), so it would have to be second in ADC, but at that point a lot of people are already wanting to go into Exe or whatever. So I'm not sure if it fits in well for ADCs.
For basic attacking assassins...well I sort of feel the same way, but more because Stone Cutting is back. I guess if you wanted to rush Qin's as someone like Kali you might go starter -> Ich -> Qin's. But I think late-game there are better items so if you chose to get it early, you'd look to replace it late. I haven't experimented with it yet. Have you? If you have, or just have thoughts, curious what you think.
For assassins, it feels kind of the same. At least with Bakasura, I had a good feeling, but again, I would prefer having other items in the build instead of it
My next goal its trying it with warriors on the solo/jungle like the old Bellona or Erlang Shen
