Chernobog conjures a large crystal of curses and hurls it at the target location dealing damage on landing. After several seconds the crystalline curses explode dealing damage again and Rooting any enemy in the area. The crystal can be detonated early by firing at it with Vicious Barrage.

Vicious Barrage

Chernobog fires an enlarged crystal shard that can pierce enemies and deals damage like a Basic Attack. This applies a single stack of Heart of Cold to all enemies it passes through and instantly detonates Crystallized Curses. After firing, Chernobog gains increased Attack Speed for several seconds.

Chernobog dashes forward, dealing damage to any enemy he collides with. If Chernobog comes in contact with a wall, he briefly enters it as a shadow, becoming untargetable and immune to damage for up to 3s. Chernobog can leave the wall early by dashing or just stepping out of the wall. If he remains for the full duration, Chernobog will automatically dash out as his time expires.

During a brief channeling period, Chernobog summons shadows at the location of all enemies that last for 8s and apply a short stacking Slow. Chernobog can select any of his shadow clones to fly towards. Once he reaches the location he takes the place of his shadow, refreshing his cooldowns, as well as temporarily obtaining damage mitigations and extra movement speed.

This is a AA Based Build,so Crusher issnt The best Option ^^

I would potentially disagree. The crusher has potential as a hybrid item. He is going to rely a decent amount on his 1-2 combo and then follow up with basic attacks. Power flat pen and attack speed are all helpful.

The part I would definitely say is a concern for the build is that it has Qin's, WD and DB. That combination of items is extremely expensive and not very efficient.

In addition, when committing to basic attacks, the Executioner really should be a core item.

What would you recommend in place?

Commit to either Qin's or crit. Your choice in general.

If I'm understanding his abilities correctly though, that 1/2 combination will yield a total of 160% scaling if you hit both parts. That's pretty high.

This, in combination with the idea that he may be best as an assassin (jungler) makes me think that higher CDR and power would suit him better. This would mean I'd expect a Trans build to be better for him.

But if you want to play him as a standard ADC, I don't see a big issue. Emphasizing his steroid is fine, and in those situations, a higher focus on burst (via crit) might be the better way to go.

I see... Thank you very much! To be honest i did not do much research prior and just went into some jungle practice. I hope to work around more with him and some builds soon and see what really works.
