normally this your regular solo build if you don't want to run a ability warrior.
this is not in order but this are some items you can use if you want to play all damage or with mantle.
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

I get the concept of Frost, but typically, you're going to build one or the other of Katana or Frost to help keep enemies close. Katana is by far the more aggressive option and meant more for a 1v1 target situation, and allows you to truly stick to an enemy. Frost is in fact the more teamfight-based one, as you're controlling the enemy's MS/AS, and giving yourself some health to also survive a bit longer in a bigger fight.
But again, you typically don't build both, because in a way, they both are used for somewhat the same purpose in keeping an enemy closer. Using 2 item slots by getting both items really starts limiting what you can get in the rest of your build.
Then, when you're talking Qin's, or just going for a more offensive build overall, you really want that pen. With Qin's, you get your AS up so you get more passive procs, and if you've got a good attack progression in the god's kit, that also helps. But that passive damage proc is physical damage, not true damage, and so to get the most out of it, you also want to build more pen. In a basic attack build, that almost always means
And of course, in the end, it's just not all that great to build an AS Cu.
