Hello guys! My name is iToughSmile and I have played Cu ChulaInn since I have tested many builds but I found that by far that this build is the most effective for sustainability and sustained damage and Defensive output in team fights.
Berserk
Key Bind: Passive
Cu Chulainn's Mana, MP5, and Mana Heals are instead applied to his Health pool. Abilities consume Rage, which stops regen at 25, but he gains Rage upon hitting with his Abilities as well as 1 Rage for Basic Attacks and .5 when he takes damage. After 3s above 85, he goes Berserk. While Berserk, Cu Chulainn gains Power and a Health Shield.

Barbed Spear / Ground Slam
Key Bind: 1
Cu Chulainn thrusts his spear forward, damaging all enemies in front of him and stunning less powerful minions. Successfully hitting an enemy with this ability restores 6 Rage (to a max of 18). Barbs from his spear stick in opponents and reduce their healing received for 4s.
In his Berserk Form, Cu Chulainn instead slams his massive arms down, damaging and rooting all Enemies in front of him.

Healing Reduction: 40%
Stun Duration: 2s

Vent Anger

Cu Chulainn vents his anger as superheated steam, increasing his Movement Speed and draining his Rage. Every .5s while in this state, all enemies within range are damaged by the heat. Vent Anger does not return Rage.
In his Berserk form, Cu Chulainn Vents Anger automatically.

Cu Chulainn vaults over his spear, leaping to a target location and slamming it down to damage enemies around and in front of him. Successfully hitting an enemy with this ability restores 6 Rage (to a max of 18).
In his Berserk Form, Cu Chulainn instead charges forward damaging and driving all enemies back with him.

Spear of Mortal Pain / War Cry
Key Bind: 4
Cu Chulainn swings his spear Gae Bulg in a circle around him, Damaging and Knocking Up all Enemies. Successfully hitting an enemy with this ability restores 12 Rage (to a max of 36).
In his Berserk Form, Cu Chulainn instead gives a terrifying yell, Damaging all Enemies and causing them to Tremble.

That out of the way, I would not recommend building or focusing on physical power. Cu Chulainn's physical power scaling on his abilities is low, but his base damage is high- so if you want to focus on damage (e.g. playing Cu Chulainn in the jungle and focusing on damage), penetration items would be better, items such as Brawler's Beatstick. Cooldown reduction would also be a great stat if you want to be offensive as you will be able to cast your abilities multiple times in a fight.
Another critique is that building for Cu Chulainn's passive is a bad idea. Similar to Vamana's passive, you should not prioritize trying to make full use of it since the passive is meant as a passive bonus. The mana to health conversion just isn't significant to want to make use of. Putting it in another perspective: Transcendence, the highest mana item for physical gods (1,050 mana at full stacks) will grant 157 health, which isn't a whole lot. And since Cu Chulainn is a low physical power scaling god, he won't make usage of the extra physical power from the item.
