that's why i think cdr is so important on chronos. a lot of players dislike cdr, pen is impt, usually can't pick both. for chronos. his abilities(accelerate, time stop) have high cdr. so i really like cdr on him. without, i feel so bored. waiting is boring and hurts my game. so many teamfights i cant join. so many objectives i cant take. towers, minions, camps? not for me.
chronos gets big power.
aa speed is mid.
needs some aa speed items(i like nimble bancroft)lifesteal and aa. the glyph lets me get cdr for all of chronos stats and not just aa speed.
he have huge scaling(80% power on 5s time rift is huge damage)
movement speed is insane.
his strongest stat. might be fastest mage in the game.
get 3 speed item and he wins.
cdr is really good on him. my fav stat. more accelerate, more time stop.
more sustain, more damage, more movement speed, more aa speed, more cc.

be patient when playing, especially with chronos. takes time to shoot his abilitiies.
silence turns off his ult channel.
wiki says he immune? need advice on this part
perfected rod gives 2 accelerates.
with ult, 3 accelerates.
with accelerate, Chronos will always have more power than his enemies, be it in section 4 autos/section 3 power-usually for higher daamage abilties
chronos pendant my fav for chronos-flavourful. mp5(mana regen, good power 70 beats the old 50power. switch for deso for cdr when chronos pendant is nerfed like in smite 2!)
i wish chronos pendant got back the 70 power.
triple speed plus the usual core items of a chronos build=game over!
He wants to sustain.
mana items for sect.1-2.gives him hp and mana sustain. its slow. but chronos things take time. his 1 and 3 are not instantaneous in dealing damage.
just like his 2 takes time to sustain, aa, do damage.
mana go to 0 then sustain.
