Hi everybody, first of all i'll try to be as clear as possible in English which is not ma mother language. This is my first guide also.
I play this build on Freya for a long time now, and it seems to be the best one I've tryed.
You must know something about Freya: she converts a percent of her magical power in physical power, which is used in her skills (basic attack buff).
So most of the people go full magical, thinking "Wait I can get physical for free, just awesome"
Fail n°1
Some people thinks that mix is really better, so they go physical for attack speed, and magical for damages.
Fail n°2
My build is full attack speed and critical strikes (full physical), this is why:
If you take magical power, your attack speed will be really, really slow, so that during your buff duration (skill 1 & 2) you'll only be able to fire a few shots (something like 5).
But when you go full attack speed, you can fire twice more shots during this time. Because the skill is not based on how many shots you fire, but on how long it stays.
The key is to activate Irradiate and Pulse at the same time, and then fire +-10 really high damage shots in the face of any God.
You have turned in a Gatling now!
Your physical power and CC strikes improve your basic attack damage, so it's as much damage for Irradiate and Pulse as magical build.
You still have a really powerfull control skill (Banish) which can engage a God or save you from the death.
Your ultimate does lesser damage due to your extremly low magical power, but you don't need it anymore (except to finish a low HP running guy, boom, headshot !)
I've tried all the Freya's builds, and this one is really the one wich makes the HIGHEST damages, even without cheated ultimate, trust me.
Your skills buff your basic attack, so instead of adding magical damage to them, just improve the basic attack damage power with physical power. Then you got attack speed for free (which you can't get in magical build) and critical strikes.
I chose as much attack speed as possible with physical power at the same time.
And, for shure, critickal strikes. Basic attack for the win ^^.
The goal is to fire AS MANY SHOTS AS POSSIBLE with your Irradiate and Pulse activated (the mana cost is the same).
In addition, you just need the demonic grip, so that when you ult, you do more damages.
Nothing else.
Irradiate:
Your main skill, does A LOT of damages. Fire it just one hit after Pulse, so that your ennemy is slowed.
Pulse:
Your second skill, but the one that you will up in first (just one point), because you need it to clear the lanes.
Don't activate Irradiate at the same time in creeps farming, you would lost the AoE effect and it will cost you too much mana. Mana is a real problem without magical stuff, that's why you need Meditation and Mana potion at the begining of the game.
To kill someone, just activate Pulse for the first hit, and when he's slowed, activate Irradiate and blow his head off. As easy as a creep.
Banish:
Your control, your exit when it turns bad, your ganking tool. You won't up this skill more than one level because you just need to control a guy, and rush him with your Pulse and Irradite at the same time when he hits the ground (with you allies it's just insta kill).
If you don't need to use it, keep it as a defence against melee Gods, really cool.
Valkyrie's Discretion:
Your ult. Don't try to use it on a half life ennemy as you would do with a magical build, just keep it for low HP runners. The range of this skill is just crazy. Free kills on scared people. You can also use it to escape of bad skills like Hades's ult and things like that. Since it's not your main (only) damage skill, you can use it to stay alive, and then gank with Pulse and Irradiate.
Pros:
+ Really high damage with low cooldowns
+ extremly insane attack speed (whole stuff)
+ Really good movement speed (boots + fatalis)
+ One really good control and one way to exit in case of trouble (ult)
+ High basic attack damage (even without buffs), so Towers, Phoenix and Minautor are just too easy for you.
Cons:
- Early game is hard because you need to spend your mana carefully
- Your ult can't kill half HP people (but you don't give a .... about it)
- Needs a few items to gain attack speed and be very dangerous (midgame is nice, endgame is amazing)
You can carry your Team with this build, I did it.
Really more than with the magical one (no need to wait for your ult to kill a lot of Gods).
Your control can save the live of a fried, think about this when Loki spanws in the back of your team mate.
So I hope i was clear and everybody has understood me.
If you have any questions just ask.
If you have suggestions you can ask too, but as I said, I've playd this build so many times, and every time I changed something it wasn't better.
And please, test it by yourself before saying anything, so you'll see what i'm talking about when I say really high dps.
After this, you won't ever play a Magical Freya anymore. Those are for kids :)
Edit 1: This guide is even more important since the range of Freya's ult was nerfed from 80ft to 65ft.
Edit 2: Since the last patch, Meditation has now 3 levels. Purchase them as fast as possible to get the passive bonus (25% HP regen + Normal Mana Regen)

Also, how can you not have the Polynomicon? It adds 100% of Magical Power to your next basic attack, which is perfect for Freya.
The only things I agree with in this build are Fatalis and Meditation. You never even added a second spell to the build.
I'm gonna try this out tonight!
