Freya is quite possibly the best carry in the game, period. She does immense damage if used and built properly. Her farming ability is pretty good, and her escaping capabilities are satisfactory, but, she has insane damage output if she is evenly leveled with everyone else or a higher level than everyone else. With this high damage output you don't need much else.
Pros:
-Unmatched DPS
-Pretty good farming ability
-Satisfactory escapability
-Great ult for many uses such as chasing and escaping
-Good CC
-Can easily mid and solo lanes whilst putting the team on her back
-many more...
Cons:
-Very squishy
-Bullied A LOT
This is the build for Freya for a few reasons. Her passive gives her some physical power if she has magical power, so if you give her magical power, she will receive some physical power too. Also, when fully built Freya has something like 1.84 attack speed without any buffs. That's enough for Freya, considering she will kill carries and mages with 3-4 shots usually(with the pulse and radiate combo). Girdle of might is for taking on more than 2 enemies (or just 2, depending on your skill level). Purification beads are for avoiding CC when your ultimate is down. All in all, this build gives Freya the best ability to kill.
Boots Of The Magi
These boots will give you much needed movement speed, mana, and magical power, all essential for early farm
Book Of Thoth
By this time, you will be spamming abilities, and you will need the mana to use them, and magic power to make them more effective.
Fatalis
This is the item which gives you your first attack speed boost, and it's imperative that you buy this now, because the attack speed is vital for Freya. You will notice a huge difference after buying Fatalis in how fast you kill enemies. The passive will help in escapes if you turn around to hit enemies with your pulse for the slow. Also, the movement speed helps
Polynomicon
Polynomicon will help ensure that your initial pulse attack still does ridiculous damage without irradiate, but still use irradiate after your first pulse.
Demonic Grip
More attack speed is needed at this point, so 25% more is nice. This item's passive is great to help do even more damage as your attacks go on. If there was an attack speed item that also gave magic power, I'd use that here, but seeing as there isn't, this is as close as you get. It also gives you physical power.
Rod Of Tahuti
This thing is great for catching your magical power up if you had to build items other than magical power, like you do in this build. It will give you the finishing magical power you need.
As I mentioned before, there is a small combo that does big things. Freya can use irradiate and pulse together to deal ******ed amounts of damage from afar. But, the CC effects are removed from Pulse when it's used with irradiate, so hit enemies with one regular pulse to slow them then activate irradiate. There is a bigger combo to single out enemies and kill them quickly. using banish, you will give yourself time to activate pulse and irradiate and get close enough so they won't get away, after they are let down from banish, they will hopefully be separated from their teammates enough to hit them roughly 3-4 times for the kill, if not, a hit or two from your pulse irradiate combo will weaken them enough to kill them with your ult.
Using your ult is an instinct thing. You have to know how to manipulate it to get it's full potential. Really only use your ult to secure kills and escape, but try now to use your ult if they have a jump and or aegis, because they will completely waste it. banish is an ability used to single someone out, or take them out of a team-fight long enough to secure a kill or two. Honestly. I'm not lying when I say that the second or two they're in the air, is long enough to get a kill. Pulse is also a great farming tool.
Just a short chapter to tell you the priority buffs for Freya
1.Speed
2.Damage
3.Cooldown Reduction
4.Mana (since I never run out of mana, because of Book Of Thoth)
Freya functions amazingly anywhere. Jungle, mid, solo lane, or with a partner, it doesn't matter. She just does ridiculous damage, so it doesn't matter where she is. Honestly, I've been playing Freya for a long time, and I can solo about 4 people when I'm on full health and have a buff or two, and a little fed, but beginner Freya's definatley shouldn't even try to take on 3. All in all, Freya is possibly the most kickass god in Smite

Book of Thoth isn't a bad item, this is certainly true. I've never been a fan of stacking unless I'm in mid lane, since I'm sharing farm with a partner and since I usually play with a Ra... that last-hit stealing bastard.
Like i said, to each their own. It's a good build XD
The build isn't bad, I've seen much similar. My Freya build uses more early game speed since her damage early game is insane. To each their own, though.

The Boots of the magi are kind of essential to start, and i get book of thoth because i spam pulse and hate giving opponents free farm, so this item helps me do that
This build is an absolute blast! Thanks!
I'm glad it helped ^.^
