When you keep getting the support role over and over again, even though you newer opted for it, you gotta get some fun out of it. This build has been working for me rather well.

Pros:
Start game is fairly tanky.
Sustain.
Take advantage of the HP burn items and abilities.
Cons:
Need time to stack.
Need a carry that plays with 2 arms.
Takes a while to get online.
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods.
