This is more of just a build rather than a guide. That said, some comments.
  • Personally think this is going too much into lifesteal at the expense of some additional pen or other function. You've got Cowl, Devo's and Crimson, with the option to switch out Devo's as you state for BBS if anti-heal is needed. While you've got 20% pen from Crusher and a (late) Heartseeker, for a basic attack build, I would want to slot in The Executioner in place of one of those lifesteal items.

  • Just curious, is there a reason you're building The Crusher first?

  • I don't know that Hachi is one of those gods where you should feel the need to point skip abilities. I would just put a 2nd point into Eagle Eye at 8, max out Banner at 9, and a 2nd point in the ult at 10. It's not awful what you're doing, but that's what I'd do.

  • Also not sure that I'd typically get HS on him. If you were investing into some CDR like Fail-Not or something, maybe. But otherwise, I would just look to commit as fully to basic attack damage as possible.

Thank you, I made some adjustments and made it clear that it's an ability damage focused build. Added Executioner as a swap item.

also, my buddy suggested I start with the crusher and I haven't regretted it, maybe there's a better option, the general build just worked consistently with my playstyle so I liked it.

So if you're focusing on more of an ability build, I would suggest considering the following:
  • Consider switching out Devourer's Gauntlet with Soul Eater. You'll get that lifesteal on your abilities, and you'll get some CDR. You really should have some CDR for a build focusing at least partially on abilities. And SE also has flat pen, so you're not really giving up much by not getting Devo's.

  • Speaking of abilities, you've got Qin's Sais, which is fine for basic attacks, but that item needs the support of % pen and attack speed. One alternative direction you can go is to drop Qin's and instead pick up crits. Namely, consider grabbing Fail-Not and Deathbringer. Since Eagle Eye can crit it's not a bad thing to consider. And if you grab the Malicious Deathbringer glyph AND you grab both Fail and SE, you're looking at 30+% CDR.

  • In the end, I think offering both a basic attack focus and a CDR focus would be good. On the basic attack one, go ahead and keep the Crusher, Exe, and Qin's as a base, with other items as preferred. In the ability one, it would like...starter of choice -> SE -> Crusher -> Fail -> DB -> HS. Very low AS (helped if you get Cowl or Temper or Ornate), but good pen, high CDR, and long distance crit potential.
