Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
SMITEFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new god, or fine tune your favorite SMITE gods’s build and strategy.

or Death's Temper > Devo's > Exe (Ferocious) > Demon Blade > Deathbringer > Dominance would work better
Not sure why Attack speed shard is missing and why teleport is listed as an option for ADC?

I list teleport as an option for ADC for the early game situations where you might need to back off and want to get back to help your supp quickly, or if your supp is lacking. Also, during endgame the ADC does get ganked quite often and teleporting to a ward is always helpful to get back into it.
As for heartseeker, have a geeze at my reply below. Griffon is very effective on hachi, and I personally always use it as I play NA servers from Australia and cant hit shots often. I agree with building qins later, it seems I listed them in the wrong order accidentally.
I choose cooldown shard over AS shard with most ADCs as it helps more with early game clears and fights. Having the 3 available more often has more value IMO than AS.
Some comments:
Also, you should just finish maxing Heavenly Banner at level 10. Then you can focus on maxing Eagle Eye.

99% of junglers are not going to try gank you before you're level 3, and playing with any decent supp or having beads is a good enough protection until you hit 3. 1 gives more early game value and based on how little damage 3 does, 1 would work as a better kill secure.
Whilst clearing waves is always good, keeping 1 levelled up gives more value as it puts more direct pressure on enemy ADC and supp and can help fend off junglers, especially if you've retreated to tower.
Griffon is one of my favourite purchases as the increased projectile speed compliments the high AS, as well as his 1.
Heartseeker I will admit was a bit of a placeholder. It's high physical power, pen, mp5 and bonus to abilities was working well. With the ADC playstyle, which is more or less sitting in the backline to avoid being melted, getting his 1 as powerful as possible, especially since rage will be evolved by this point, counts for very, very high damage during team fights whilst at a safe range.
Same with leveling Heavenly Banner. Most will max it when possible, or even at level 9 before putting a 2nd point into the ult. Zapman did that here, along with grabbing Iai 2nd. Now, I'm not saying you need to do what the pros do, but there are also reasons they typically do these things and they make sense. Again, you're welcome to do as you prefer, and I'm just providing comments with my recommendations.
Griffon is one of the items I'm undecided about at this time. Even when it was popular and had stronger stats, I would almost always only pick it up on 3 gods... Hachiman, Ishtar, and Freya (sometimes). I can agree I like it especially for Hachi's 1, but I do feel its stats can be generally found on other items, while also providing other important stats (like more pen, for example). I'm fine with building it on him, but what I was arguing was not purchasing it, but where you purchase it. At the point of the build you have it in, right after Rage and before The Executioner, I would get Exe first. Objective shred will be important at that stage, and if you're taking GF for example and you have another phys teammate there (e.g. Assassin Jungler), they'll get more damage out also. Or you can grab Dom there and deal better structure damage due to the % pen.
100% if you grabbed Rage, you should just finish with Deathbringer rather than a placeholder like HS.

fair enough, this build was working very well for me, but I'll give it an edit as that sounds a bit more optimal
