Introduction

This is my first guide, same goes for hel. She was the first hero i bought myself and i
really love playing her as she can turn the tide of the battle through her great support skills.
This guide covers playing hel in the middle lane and explains how she can be played from early to late game.

Early Game mid lane

Starting with Circlet of Focus ( rank 3 ) and 2 health potions means we have a terrible slow movement speed and are even more vulnerable to fast moving attackers and ganks. If you cannot keep up your awareness for this time, choose another build.
During early game mainly use your auto hits to trigger circlet of focus and gain free casts.
Use them to spam the lane minions and play save. Stay behind your minions and don't make any stupid moves. In most games i played this build the enemy player spent all of his mana while i still had over 80 % of my mana. This is your time to strike and kill your enemy or at least force him to back off.
Be even more carefull when facing cupid or anhur as mid lane enemy. They kill you in a glimpse and can save their mana while still pushing. Dont let yourself get frustrated only because the enemy is pushing harder, your time to shine will come after you reached level 5.
Hug your tower if needed and don't die.

tl;dr : Play save, let the enemy waste their mana and strike, avoid casting before circlet of focus has procced

Mid game

Next you should finish your Reinforced Boots. The added resistances, health regen and crowd control reduction paired with increased movement speed are perfect stats for our squishy hel and will help to avoid some deaths. If you find yourself having trouble with your mana or constantly being cc'd buy purification beads or meditation abilitys.
Next build Warlock's Sash. We gain more magical power, some mana and a nice health buffer, which helps us to buy some time to squeeze out that next heal.
With some help from your team you should have destroyed the enemy tower on your lane.

Exact numbers of which level could've been reached by now will be edited later.

Late game

Lane minions will easily die in 2 casts, weaker enemys die in 1 cast.
You can also easily clear all jungle camps by now. Movement speed and cooldown reduction are very strong for hel, as they help to keep you alive.
During teamfights always stay behind and dont let yourself get caught into an ambush. Keep your time alive with heals and remove crowd control being cast on them. Ultimates from hades or ymir are nearly negated just because of you playing hel.

The circlet is mainly relevant in early to mid game phase. Tanky boots reduce CC time and
add some resistances, dunno whats bad about that. If the game lasts for a long time i often
sell circlet and get myself a better item.

i didnt like it, circle of focus useless i thin you have already have healing skill also you have a slower too and magi boots is better for hel because you have another skill for crowd controls so you dont need that tanky boot
