4 Y
Ne Zha dashes forward, gaining bonus Protections for 4s and becoming CC immune. If he hits an enemy god he lifts them into the sky for 4s, unleashing a 3-hit combo. Successfully timed attacks during the combo result in these hits dealing Critical Damage. They are then smashed back to Earth, slightly knocking up and damaging the target and enemies around the landing location. When Ne Zha lands he gains bonus Protections for 5s and dashes back to where he cast this ability.

Intro

This is a build only, not a guide. Probably my favourite assassin, Ne Zha is pretty underrated and under played. I don't normally play assassins but I find he just works for me (sometimes). When I play him, I almost always start with Ninja tabi followed by Malice. The Ninja tabi for the attack speed to help build those passive stacks slightly quicker and the Malice because with your ultimate (assuming you land the 3 hits) you are guaranteed the tick damage. Although it is not much it has secured many kills for me in the past - as can bee seen in my videos below. I then follow with cooldown and deathbringer to make those crits more potent. What you choose thereafter is up to you. I chose winged blade because cc can be a pest and titan's bane for the mega penetration boost - without which, this build would be lacking.

I hope this build works for you, don't be afraid to play aggressively. He is a high risk - high reward character.

Pros/Cons

Pros

+Huge range on his coin toss - Good poke
+Nice steroid + heal
+Excellent initiation
+Incredibly disruptive ultimate, good for removing a key player from a team fight

Cons

-Has no escape unless you choose to waste your ultimate
-Rough early game, Can be difficult to build passive stacks
-Beads, sanctuary or any other form of crowd control immunity ruin your ultimate
-When you return to the ground after your ultimate, there is usually a welcome party waiting for you

Summary

So this build works for me most of the time. Ninja tabi or warrior if you feel you need more damage. Malice as early as possible, cooldown and deathbringer. This can then be followed with more crit items or with more utility or penetration items depending on your enemies. When initiating, make sure you try to land your 1 before leaping to them with your 3 or 4. This applies a debuff which tips the fight slightly more in your favour before you begin. Also, keep track of who's beads are down, they make much easier targets.

Have fun with Ne Zha, he's great. People forget how much damage he can do.
