First off I need to mention that this build was tested in the alpha-stage of the PS4 version, I would like to assume that the differences are mild to non-existent, but keep in mind that this may not work as well in other versions of Smite on other platforms.
Secondly, this guide is meant for Arena; while you can technically use this build in other modes, due to the nature of this build it is most suitable for large-scale combat which will most often happen in Arena.
Thirdly if you are looking for a DPS or YOLO build you are in the wrong place, this build is meant to survive and sustain extraordinarily large amounts of damage, not massacre other players; you will be dealing laughably low amounts of damage with everything but your ultimate with this build.
Let's go ahead and hop straight into the pros and cons here.
PROS
+ You will NEVER die if you play even moderately carefully
+ You can tank dozens of minions carefree while your allies slaughter them
+ You can run your siege minions into the enemy portal without worrying about dying
+ Pretty decent CC
+ Your 1 can be used as an out if need-be
+ You can potentially tank multiple simultaneous ultimates
+ Towers cower before your might, go ahead, get within range, it's chill
CONS
- You won't be killing very much besides minions with Indestructicles
- You CAN be nuked down if the entire enemy team conspires against you
- Movement speed is sub-par at best
- If the enemy runs anti-heal items you might be screwed
- Early and Late game you can be a little lackluster, mid-game is where you shine brightest
Even as a complete noob (trust me on this one), you will be dying very little if at all with Indestructicles.
Basically what you are going to want to do with this build is help your team out the best you can; an important part of this is not dying which this build definitely passively helps with. You need to be using your 3 even if you're missing less than 25% health, stopping enemy minions with your body so that your team can take them down, you won't be putting the hurtin' on those minions nearly as strongly as your team. Another nice thing you can do for your team is to go and scare the enemies who are about to kill your teammates, this can include hitting them with that sweet stun of 1, flinging them into oblivion with 2, or flat-out just auto-attacking the heck out of them and using 3 when they deal a little damage to you; these things are sure to make the other player frustrated at you rather than your comrades, meaning that the enemy team won't be getting as many kills as usual.
Indestructicles is literally this simple, you're just going to be helping out your brethren, and assuming your team isn't trash, that is all that you will need to secure that W!
I'm not very good at Smite, in my opinion at least; I am average at best. Look what I can do with Indestructicles, with this build you can do even better!
Why are you still in this guide? Go out there and start smashing!
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
